Plushie-fied Applejack!
I think I might star using iron-ons for the eyes. The buttons were cute on the "people dolls" but on the ponies they look a little creepy. ._. Ah well. I'll post the rest of what I have eventually. I've also made Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy. Pinkie's probably my favorite. I found poofy pink yarn that was a bitch to thread, but looked really cool. XD
